WHICH INSURANCE CARRIERS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We presently accept Aetna, Ambetter, Allwell, Medicare, Medicaid*, Molina, Superior Health Plan, TRICARE and United Healthcare. We are out of network for all other insurance carriers but can assist you in filing for your benefits.
* We do not accept Texas Children’s managed Medicaid.
WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS?
Our hours are Monday – Wednesday, 9:00a – 5:00p, Thursday 10:00a – 6:00p, Friday 9:00a – 5:00p. All services are provided by appointment only. Please call or book online to schedule an appointment.
HOW LONG IS EACH VISIT?
Visits vary based on the client’s needs but are typically completed within 30 minutes. Psychotherapy appointments and initial consultations may last up to an hour.
DO YOU OFFER SLIDING SCALE RATES?
No, we don’t; however, our subscription plans provide an affordable alternative for clients who are not insured or elect not to use their insurance coverage.
WHAT ARE YOUR SUBSCRIPTION PLANS?
Designed for clients without insurance, or those who prefer to pay out of pocket, our subscription plans offer a discounted rate for prepaid appointments. Please contact our Office for further information.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept cash, debit/credit/prepaid cards*, Health Savings Accounts (HSA)*, Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)*.
* Cards must be US-issued, bearing a Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, or UnionPay logo. Debit transactions are processed as credit.
